Her outlier experience in working with thousands of clients from elite athletes to binge eaters provided the blueprint to this all-in-one program that includes meal plans, resources, training videos, and most importantly, access to Shelby and her team of nutrition and lifestyle experts! No matter if your goal is to build muscle, lose weight, improve performance, or improve your emotional eating, this program gives you the tools and access to experts you need to succeed!
This program is not another Weight Watchers, Whole 30, South Beach, Juice Cleanse, Atkins, or any other relative diet program.
